Mr Grant-Rennick is a distinguished British business leader, investor, and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in mining, minerals, agriculture, and financial markets. With a career spanning several decades, he has built a formidable reputation as an industry authority, holding executive and advisory roles in multiple high-profile companies.
A qualified mining engineer, Mr. Grant-Rennick is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, His early career saw him working for Falconbridge Ltd., now part of Glencore, where he honed his technical expertise in mining operations and resource management. Mr. Grant-Rennick’s career has been marked by a strong presence in the finance, commodities, and investment sectors. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Caracal Gold Plc, Globe Capital Ltd, Igraine Plc and Non-Executive Director Everest Global Plc. Additionally, he holds the position of strategic advisor to Premium Resources Inc.

Mr Tennent-Bhohi is the founder & CEO of The Glenpani Group, an international private venture capital business based in London/UK. Glenpani’s principal focus is the evaluation and augmentation of distressed-asset opportunities and private-transaction/investment origination. Glenpani Group cornerstone-invest, originate transactions and provide corporate consultancy to international companies both private and public including; AQSE, AIM, TSX-V, CSE & ASX.
Active in North American capital markets, Burns is also the founder of LC, a specialised private investment vehicle that syndicates and connects global capital investment for private transaction origination & pre-IPO opportunities.
Glenpani Group maintains an extensive international network that includes corporate brokers/financiers, investment bankers, merchant banks, UHNWIs, project financiers, asset-banks and technical teams. Burns graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Economics/Social Sciences.

Mr Eaton brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services and capital markets sectors, with a particular focus on Canadian venture markets. He currently serves as Chairman of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd., a boutique advisory firm specialising in corporate finance for early-stage and growth companies. Throughout his career, David has held multiple leadership roles at public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange, including positions as CEO, CFO and director across the natural resources, technology and consumer goods sectors. As a Non-Executive Director of Evrima, David supports the Company’s growth strategy by leveraging his extensive capital markets experience and network in North America.
