Simon Grant-Rennickr

Executive Chairman

Mr Grant Rennick is a graduate of the Cambourne School of Mines. His expertise encompasses not only mining and minerals but also metals, agriculture and property. He has managed mining companies, both public and private, in Uganda and in Malawi; metal trading businesses in Bermuda and in the UK; was a co-founder of Industrial Mineral Finance House which provides consultancy services covering all aspects of the industrial minerals’ sector and established a property development business (since sold).

Simon maintains a number of Board & Management Roles varying from mining enterprises in Botswana, Malawi and Mexico; and in agribusinesses producing macadamia nuts, paprika and chilli, in sub-Saharan Africa. Simon is also Non-Executive Director of UkSpac Plc, Non-Executive Director of Igraine Plc and a Non-Executive Director of AAA Cap Ltd.

Burns Singh Tennent-Bhohi

Burns is the founder & CEO of The Glenpani Group, an international private venture capital business based in London/UK. Glenpani’s principal focus is the evaluation and augmentation of distressed-asset opportunities and private-transaction/investment origination. Glenpani Group cornerstone-invest, originate transactions and provide corporate consultancy to international companies both private and public including; AQSE, AIM, TSX-V, CSE & ASX.

Active in North American capital markets, Burns is also the founder of LC, a specialised private investment vehicle that syndicates and connects global capital investment for private transaction origination & pre-IPO opportunities.

Glenpani Group maintains an extensive international network that includes corporate brokers/financiers, investment bankers, merchant banks, UHNWIs, project financiers, asset-banks and technical teams. Burns graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Economics/Social Sciences.

Guy Miller

Non-Executive Director

Guy has over 20-years’ experience in the small-capitalisation corporate advisory and private-to-public transition areas of corporate finance, and is currently the Director of Corporate Finance at, Peterhouse Capital.Guy has also worked with a West-African Gold-Producer, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange for four years that was ultimately acquired for over, US$120,000,000 in 2017.

Guy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in business studies from The University of West London.Guy is an Executive Director of Gledhow Investments plc (AQSE: GDH), an investment company investing in small- to medium-sized, undervalued or fast-growing companies.

Duncan Gordon

Duncan Gordon is a Canadian businessman and financier. He serves as the President of Ivy Capital Corp., a firm dedicated to providing financing services and strategic plans for companies seeking guidance through the capital raising process. He has a wide range of financial transaction experience in originating and structuring deals which range from traditional equity to debt and alternative financing options.

Mr. Gordon was formerly a Vice President and Senior Investment Advisor at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management for over seventeen years. His dedication to his clients, passion and knowledge resulted in him being honoured with membership into the Chairman’s Club, placing him as owning one of the top 20 investment advisory practices in Canada. Mr. Gordon’s long-term focus and support of the junior mining arena has led to a niche specialization as a leading financier who has raised over $500Mthroughout his career.
